A wise and practical establishment on the outskirts of Mâcon, with a smiling welcome from a motivated team, in a simple setting. Good work on the plate, Burgundian tradition and modern dishes, with no frills but good taste: soft-boiled egg with Burgundian garnish and meurette sauce, Bobosse pike quenelle with petit épeautre and crémant sauce, Bresse poultry galette parmentière with supreme sauce... Classic desserts.
