A wise and practical establishment on the outskirts of Mâcon, with a smiling welcome from a motivated team, in a simple setting. Good work on the plate, Burgundian tradition and modern dishes, with no frills but good taste: soft-boiled egg with Burgundian garnish and meurette sauce, Bobosse pike quenelle with petit épeautre and crémant sauce, Bresse poultry with galette parmentière and supreme sauce... Classic desserts, good Ribote menu at €30.
