The view of the Mâconnais hills is a strong argument in favor of a stroll to Brancion. This house of tradition knows how to welcome the traveler, offering wise cuisine in comfortable surroundings. Trout gravlax, Bresse salad, snails with parsley butter - Burgundy is there, and you can continue in the same classic vein with poultry supreme with morel mushrooms or rump steak béarnaise. Fair trade menu at €50.
