Léa was one of Lyon's famous mothers, responsible for the reputation of the bouchon dishes so typical of the prefecture. Since the 1940s, the restaurant has undergone some modernization, but the dishes are still those of tradition, under the signature of chef Christian Têtedoie. You'll have the salad lyonnaise, the vol-au-vent with saffron Bouchot mussels, the pike quenelle with lobster sauce, the leg of lamb at seven o'clock and the macaroni gratin, the chartreuse-glazed parfait. Formulas at €24, €42 and €52.
