Gourmet Restaurant This Boulonnais institution faces Nausicaa, whose presence can arouse desires for the sea. Naturally, in this comfortable bourgeois setting. Traditional recipes are celebrated with a touch of fashion: crab puff pastry with shellfish sauce, skate wing with capers, boulonnaise sheaths, monkfish medallion with cauliflower and Prat-ar-coum... A good simple menu at €38 lunchtime, €45 evening and weekend, plus a few extras.
