Gourmet Restaurant A wise institution opposite Nausicaa, the Boulonnais are sure to return to a customary address where Tony Lestienne has been delighting them for nearly fifty years, supported by his teams and family. The cuisine, in this handsome bourgeois setting with its large bay windows, is logically oriented towards the sea, with a few staples, such as crab puff pastry, sole meunière and boulonnaise sheathing.
