La Maniguette, in the heart of Chambéry's old town, is back with a paradigm shift: from wine bar to wine cellar, the result is a cozy, different yet pleasant place to dine: simple, well-crafted dishes with a distinctive identity: pâté croûte, fougasse with mushrooms, mini-matouille, poultry stuffing like a croque and artichoke, confit pork belly and grenailles... And the cellar is full of good, affordable bottles.
