Gourmet Restaurant At the heart of the resort, this is the place to be, where almost everyone goes once a day. And that's just as well, since the menu is varied and the dishes correct, as are the prices, which are naturally high, but not excessively so. Cyril Attrazic, chef at Aumont Aubrac, oversees the menu, which of course features meats from his region, but also Savoyard specialties (fondue, raclette, tartiflette...), pâté croûte, Gillardeau, entrecôte frites and roast chicken.
