Gourmet Restaurant In the resort's most picturesque and popular square, this restaurant offers a wide range of dishes to please everyone. A bit of manners and prestige products in the superior formulas, we ensure satisfaction with the €38 menu: razor clams with parsley and wakame salad, roast fillet of sea bass with pea mousseline and tarragon sauce, crispy pork belly with sweet potato purée and bell pepper ketchup, strawberry meringue and pistachio crumble. Extensive menu with six Normandy oysters at €14.
