Gault&Millau's review 2025

At an altitude of 1300 metres, near the summit of the Massif du Pilat, nature is wild, and the feeling of space is a rare joy. Local, regional, traditional and original food at decent prices, for authentic pleasure. The €33.90 formula is a good option, with homemade foie gras, quenelle, morels and mushrooms in cream sauce, fillet of beef with morels and mushrooms, sautéed potatoes. Classic desserts. Good service.
