Gault&Millau's review 2026

Master restaurateur Benoît Blanc's pretty stone house with taupe shutters is a classic on the tourist trail, particularly towards the arena, for its cuisine of varied and very contemporary influences, in the exotic and fusion: salmon mango cookie parmesan cheesecake, Lebanese moujaddara grilled onions and vegetables, beef tagliata with port sauce and arancini, poached pear vanilla mousseline praline and lemon popcorn... Prices are in line with neighbors, and the small cellar is decent, with an offer by the glass at €7.
