You can't miss this beautiful mansion by the roadside as you leave Sedan, with its neoclassical style and beautiful stonework. For over thirty years, the Gérard family - chef Nathalie in the kitchen, her husband Thierry and their son Maxence in the patisserie - delighted the locals until the end of August this year. They have now passed the torch to Vital Rozet and his brother Valère in pastry, both from the Ardennes, who recently worked at the Moulin du Ponceau in Chartres (1 toque). They are obviously keen to do as well as their predecessors, and to win back the two toques as soon as possible. For the moment, the bill is pending.
