Gault&Millau's review 2026

A bistro with a gastro dimension that's unanimously acclaimed for its setting, with its pretty mezzanine dining room, and its ever-engaging welcome. On the menu, classic dishes of today, well executed with meticulous presentation: eggplant au gratin with fresh goat's cheese, honey and olives, sea bass with butter beans, mushroom fricassee with creamy fumet, roasted nectarine with amaretto and Madagascar vanilla.
