In his unique style and baroque setting, Ivan Peric continues to charm visitors to this Gargotte that does nothing like everyone else. A menu-card at €40 delivers personal, colorful plates with taste and fantasy: octopus tartare and scallops with mango, cod fillet with prickly pear milk, braised pork belly with cider and verbena sauce, yuzu crème brûlée... Personal cellar too, looking for the right ratio.
