The former 17th-century forge has become a modern-day bistro of the highest reputation, where customers enjoy the charm of the large stone vaults that light up the dining room. The chef offers a fine selection of market cuisine, with two well-equipped formulas, at €18 and €27, featuring Andalusian gazpacho, chorizo and local ham, pike-perch fillet with sauce vierge, duck fan à la provençale, or rhubarb and red fruit crumble.
