In the ski area, a new example of La Folie Douce, a festive mountain concept on the slopes. The Ronchamp chapel-style architecture is original, the welcome courteous, the smoked trout appetizer not very interesting, but the pâté en croûte is satisfying with a good jelly, the Cantal pig's belly is "crousti-fondant", even if ultimately lacking a bit of chew, and the caramel beurre salé profiterole quite generous. Provenances are well indicated and prices quite fair.
