It's a legendary hotel in the Puy-de-Dôme, a vertical house clinging to the hills of Royat, where you can enjoy a 5* experience, between luxury and the pleasures of the spa town. To create the restaurant offering, the hotel called on Clément Lorente, whose Flèche d'Argent is a fine expression of classic, elegant French cuisine. His menu features a selection of noble products, and the dishes have a certain timelessness: julienne soufflé with hazelnut butter, duck from the Limagne plain in two textures, root vegetables and sweet-spiced jus, a fillet of beef, mushroom fricassee and fried anna apples, a lovely dessert of organic blueberries from the Raulhac orchards and a declination of chestnuts. Good service.
