It's a legendary address in Arbois, where families and friends have been coming for fifty years with ever-renewed pleasure. It's an authentic Jura tavern, where you can eat regional dishes that are cheeky, comforting and unifying. On the menu: onion soup au gratin with comté cheese, jésu de Morteau with jacket potatoes and warm cancoillotte with savagnin, Jura chicken with yellow wine and morels, salmon trout soufflé with savagnin sauce, winegrower's tart with old Jura marc.
