Chef's Restaurant Festive and highly professional, this Farmhouse run by Éric Frechon is a real success. It took a chef of this calibre to define the right concept (as in Courchevel) where demanding diners want to have fun and eat well at the same time. And that's exactly what we do every seasonal evening: before climbing up on the tables to dance, we enjoy the foie gras tartelette marinated in mulled wine, the gambas salad, the dim sum and shrimp broth, the salmon tataki with jalapeño, the vol-au-vent fricassee of sweetbreads with morel mushrooms and poultry quenelles, or the fillet of beef with pepper sauce. The price is right, but not excessive (even the caviar from Maison Nordique), and the choice is so wide that it's impossible not to indulge. It's a supercharged atmosphere, as you'd expect, and the service holds up with ease.
