Chef's Restaurant
In the Chevreuse Valley, not far from Versailles, Romain Gicquel has been showcasing his expertise and passion for traditional French cuisine for over twenty years. The restaurant has plenty of character; the dining room is modern, bright, and charming, and the “From the Farm” menu has something for everyone, with a selection for €61: poached foie gras in red wine with mango jelly and apple chutney; haddock in a Paimpol coconut velouté; veal head ravigote; entrecôte with potato mousseline and meat jus; and baba bouchon with house-made spiced rum. A well-stocked wine cellar with a classic selection of quality wines, including about fifteen wines by the glass.
