On the heights of Fayence, close to the château, this Provencal restaurant is a favorite of many locals, who love the warm welcome and generous, traditional, authentic cuisine. The menu features a range of classics, including pâté croûte, truffle brouillade, fine cuts of meat with gratin dauphinois and chocolate tartelette. Good service.
