In the historic district, the former convent lends its sacred walls to Guy Queroix's table, for a unique experience in the center. The old hall, with its huge windows, lights up during the day, while at night it offers a subdued, intimate atmosphere, ideal for a candlelit dinner. A fan of the carte blanche menu, the chef gives himself complete freedom to design and redesign his menus, offering a reinterpretation of traditions, from €49 to €69. Market menu at €24 for lunch.
