Set in a bucolic corner on the outskirts of Argentière, this house, which has been open for almost a century, hasn't changed its recipe, and continues to welcome hikers for a simple, regional stopover. The focus is on local produce, from cheese and charcuterie boards to a cheese and chanterelle crust, or a gourmet potato gratin with diots and morels. Friendly service.
