A simple yet refined spot on the Côte de Nacre. Here you’ll find traditional cuisine deeply inspired by local produce—oysters, mussels, fresh-caught fish, and modernized recipes: pâté en croûte with blood sausage and foie gras, fish soup, spiny lobster tartare with mango and avocado, cod aioli, sole meunière, sweetbreads, and langoustines in Chablis sauce... A great “Cremaille” set menu for €41 that offers a wide selection.
