An establishment with a long-standing reputation, which has kept pace with the times while preserving its values and traditions in a beautiful old house on the threshold of the medieval center. It's easy to fall in love with the foie gras nems, the slow-cooked veal quasi with celery and crunchy polenta, and the carrot cake with walnut and nutmeg, even if the desire for modernity somewhat detracts from the terroir. Nevertheless, the menu allows us to land on our feet with foie gras, filet de boeuf Rossini and profiteroles.
