A friendly organic canteen, well seen in the context of Saint-Martin, with good sourcing and interesting dish ideas. It lacks a bit of gourmandise, and secondarily seasoning, but we liked the "Françoise" tart (goat's cheese, carrots, cashew...) and the "Aurélie" with black pudding, and the beef stew melted well with a good tomato and pineau sauce. The chocolate zucchini cake was a good idea, but a little dry, with a simple welcome and no show of gaiety.
