Indestructible and timeless, La Chope is worth raising a glass to. The extensive brasserie menu caters for vegetarians and carnivores, burger lovers and traditionalists alike, with smoked salmon, snails, Cancale oysters, Janzé poultry with gratin dauphinois, kidneys with port wine and entrecôte frites. An all-purpose cellar with a choice by the glass.
