This is Rennes' most emblematic brasserie, over 80 years old and still going strong, a must-see classic. In the evenings, especially in summer, the atmosphere is old-fashioned, a contagious canaille spirit, with classics such as pâté en croûte with farmhouse pig, camembert croustillant, chicken supreme from Janzé, brioche perdu with salted butter caramel, rum raisin ice cream and chantilly. Formulas from €19.50 to €46.
