A mountain restaurant as we like them, we find here all the ingredients necessary for an authentic experience, with its falsely neglected, rustic wooden chalet setting, its old-fashioned decorative elements for a reassuring vintage touch, and of course, between the beams and animal skins, its Catalan-inspired country cuisine, with a fine selection of gastronomic classics. The menu evolves with the seasons, with a focus on the product: we recommend the snail grill, the small spelt risotto with lobster head jus and the whole lobster a la plancha, the beef tartare prepared in front of you, and a beautiful peach melba.
