In the center of town, an old-fashioned inn with small tiles, exposed beams and country style, where it's good to stop for a traditional dish. The atmosphere is comforting, evocative of familiar surroundings, and the perfect place to rediscover the inverted millefeuille of andouillette and apples, pan-fried salmon pavé with lime risotto, a small blanquette of veal, and classic bananas flambéed in rum.
