A grocery-restaurant that stands up well to its arguments: a warm setting reminiscent of the old-fashioned stalls at the entrance, a central location not far from Esquirol, and market cuisine that's right up to scratch, with wood-fired cooking in particular. On the menu this time: snacked scallops, beet hummus with black salt; fire-grilled tuna, carnaroli risotto; grilled whole duck breast, Kampot pepper sauce, home fries and salad, pear with spiced wine and matcha cream.
