First Quentin, then Samuel—we’re getting a little mixed up with Samuel’s first names, but what matters is the quality of the food, and in that regard, everything’s fine. The place is busy, the menu is extensive and can satisfy everyone at the table, with a modern twist: vitello tonnato, leek maki with citrus vinaigrette, country terrine, sea bass ceviche with mango and orange, pasta with pulled beef, Cecina de León, and Parmesan, tuna tataki, chocolate mousse, cheesecake…
