While the menu changes several times a year to keep up with the seasons, the must-try dishes delight the taste buds of loyal and curious epicureans alike: grilled meats and butcher's cuts, matured and marbled to perfection, "maxi" andouillettes (400 grams), sharing platters and tapas in the evening...
