Right next to Ed.Em, the aptly named “cabane” is a charming, wood-paneled bistro with a bucolic view—the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the best of the region’s local cuisine. The menu features a slice of parsley-crusted ham, white and green asparagus with gribiche sauce, burgers, and grilled dishes (Morteau sausage, pork chops, beef tenderloin, trout fillet with almonds…), Madagascar vanilla cannelé, or even chocolate mousse. Also open in the afternoon on weekends.
