An efficient bistro with a little retro charm, right in the center of town, working with a large number of regulars who appreciate today's menu, layered menus and a welcome regularity on the plate: bone marrow mushroom risotto, roast quail with fig grapes and foie gras, beef onglet with pommes Anna and foie gras... Classic, varied wine cellar.
