Not far from Sancerre, on the banks of the Loire, this pleasant house offers its table and rooms, for a brief or extended stopover, and the pleasure of a simple, engaging local dish. Recipes range from yesterday's to today's: oriental tabbouleh or artichoke starter, poached egg and crottin, fillet of sea bream with Dugléré sauce or roulade of rabbit with rosemary. Good service.
