A lover of fresh seafood, he rigorously selects only the very best. At the piano, Chef Raphaël Delouye prepares salt-crusted bass, bouillabaisse, royal red lobster, blue lobster from Brittany... and, for lovers of excellent meats, a fillet of beef, a rack of lamb, a tournedos Rossini with truffle shavings or a rib-eye steak to share, all accompanied by lovely seasonal vegetables. A winter and a summer menu to vary the pleasures, fine nectars and a four-course sailor's menu for gourmets. To sweeten your taste buds, a crêpe Suzette or a Norwegian omelette, emblematic best-sellers of the house. A taste experience in a splendid setting, either in the dining room around a replica of a galley, or on the terrace with a panoramic view of the harbor, a change of scenery is guaranteed! The premises can be privatized.
