Fair and loyal, this brasserie doesn't disappoint, and visitors to this lively neighborhood, whether for a day or a lifetime, don't complain. The oysters are from David Hervé or Bart Bosredon, the charcuterie from Ospital, the caviar from Sturia and the pâté en croûte from Faber Lascombes. This association of benefactors is complemented by honest work in the kitchen, for marinated trout from Saint-Etienne de Baïgorry, cordon bleu veal from Périgord or good roast chicken. Fine meats for grilling, classic cellar with a choice by the glass.
