Gourmet Restaurant The fishmonger's in the morning, the taster for lunch and dinner, and chef Carlos Escobar's beautiful marine dishes. He doesn't just send sea urchin and sea bream au naturel (he could, the products are so fresh), but also works with the greatest respect for wild fish and shellfish. Try the fritto misto, turbot with sweet potato and trout egg sauce, and mussels marinated in truffle emulsion. Small cellar with glasses at €6, cocktails and local beers.
