Gourmet Restaurant In the fifteen years we've been following this house, we've always appreciated Bruno Didierlaurent's sincerity and commitment to producing cuisine that reflects his own personality. With maturity, this cuisine has become more restrained, perhaps less "froufroutant" but also more controlled, always personal and seriously gourmet, as shown by one of the latest menus, offered at €37: chickpea hummus, pigeon leg with tahini sauce, pan-fried fillet of pollack with cockle juice, artichoke with lovage, citrus cheesecake. In this little street above the Rue Royale, the place is intimate and warm, and the welcome exemplary.
