Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Dombes region, the Liégeois family - Vincent in the kitchen and Anne Sophie in the dining room - have created a convivial space with a cuisine that uses traditional regional products with a touch of originality. Crème brûlée with goat's cheese, a duo of carp and trout tartare served with smoked carp bread, or duckling sashimi with lemon and pistachio, sit side by side with the great classics: frogs, foie gras and creamed poultry. A lovely terrace. Bicycles available for hire for a digestive stroll through the countryside.
