Gault&Millau's review2025
It's an almost mythical house that today offers itself to tourists, who discover an almost septuagenarian sign. It was in 1958 that the Caumer family settled here, for several generations. And it's no offence to say that even today, it's the dishes from the early days that please us the most: liche, good stuffed sardines, couscous, in addition, of course, to other offerings on the slate, including lobster and locally caught fish. The evening is sweet in this house, two minutes from town, on the heights towards Monticello, the young service is dedicated and in phase, the wine is Corsican, of course.
