Gourmet Restaurant Cécile Lévy, whom we praised when she ran Tékès on rue Saint-Sauveur, is now at home in this unusual, elegant place, opened with her architect partner Paul Ottavioli, who imagined the refined décor in a vaulted basement. The high standards of the product remain unchanged in this cuisine open to the world, full of ideas and gourmet delights: mandarin shrimp satsuma green fennel sumac, carrot kombu zaatar espelette, scallops crème corail dashi chestnut coriander broth... The menu of the moment is always tempting, excluding banality, arousing curiosity and appetite. Small, simple cellar under construction.
