Os à moelle is a must on the road to Le Neubourg, and has always been a fixture in Elbe. Here, you'll settle in with the locals, ready to take on the bistro repertoire, which has become a little old-fashioned over the years, and which is waiting to be discovered: os à moelle of course, escargots with Roquefort sauce, terrine, chicken marmite with camembert, leg of lamb with thyme, brioche perdue with pears and vanilla ice cream.
