Gourmet Restaurant This is the work of a craftsman who plays the role of goldsmith for a well executed modern bistro cuisine. Joseph Faguer offers a short seasonal menu, without too much fuss, focusing on the right taste of well-chosen products: scallops with pumpkin and kasha, paupiette of pig in cabbage juice and vitelotte, roast apple with calvados caramel. The complete lunch and dinner menu costs less than €25 in a pretty parquet-floored setting. Friendly service, limited but correct choice of wine, a dozen glasses around €6.
