Gourmet Restaurant A 5* hotel whose sumptuous architecture is easily explained, it's a journey back in time and luxury to the splendor of the early 20th century, where the definitive elegance of style justifies a return visit. Chef Benoist Rambaud puts all his talent and knowledge at the service of French good taste, resulting in bourgeois French cuisine of the highest standard, perfectly adapted to the circumstances: crayfish in beet trilogy, grilled cucumber and wasabi herb mayonnaise, whole pan-roasted blue lobster, vanilla chicken jus court, caramelized pineapple and sweet potato mousseline, a filet of Bavarian beef, pan-fried foie gras escalopine, cocoa jus court, charlotte mousseline with truffle nuggets, vitelottes craquant, a destructured opera. Fine cellar. Professional service.
