Here, following in the footsteps of his father, who once ran the establishment, he offers fresh, local Corsican produce. For Dominique, the important thing is to please his customers with high-quality ingredients, great flavors and a friendly atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more. Best-sellers include filet de saint-pierre with coconut and ginger sauce, rotolo de veau (a rolled veal cutlet baked in the oven with Corsican tome and cured ham), assiette corse with pancetta, figatellu and fromage frais, and a sweet note with a fabulous chocolate fondue with fresh seasonal fruit, tiramisu, chocolate fondant or strawberry tart. Open from April to November. Magnificent terrace with views of the mountains and boats.
