Best-sellers include filet de saint-pierre with coconut and ginger sauce, rotolo de veau (a rolled veal cutlet baked in the oven with Corsican tome and cured ham), assiette corse with pancetta, figatellu and fromage frais, and a sweet note with a fabulous chocolate fondue with fresh seasonal fruit, tiramisu, chocolate fondant or strawberry tart.
