Gault&Millau's review 2021

One of the sub-prefecture's best-loved restaurants, the setting and dishes are a winning combination: the former, with its white beams and light-colored stone, is both welcoming and rustic, while the latter, with its confident graphic design and simple efficiency, is a real winner. On the menu: fish soup with lobster bisque, summery burrata with pesto, pine nuts, parmesan and confit tomatoes, saithe with bisque and virgin tagliatelle, saddle of pork cooked at low temperature, dried fruit polenta and baby vegetables, cheese sauce and cumin paprika. Diligent service.
