On the Dolce Via, near Le Cheylard, a very privileged location for this table in the heart of nature, on the aquatic base near the spectacular Eyrieux reservoir and waterfall. The setting alone is enough to make you happy, and the cuisine is a little fussy, but you can keep it simple and hearty with the "planche du jour", cheese and dessert for €22.50.
