A bistronomic restaurant a stone's throw from Mont-Blanc, the formula is a change from Savoyard tables, with more contemporary and creative dishes, in an interior that is just as attentive to modernity. Far from being a chalet, the urban style of the dining room is a fitting introduction to the menus, which range from €30 to €50. The mid-range formula at €35 delivers, with goat's cheese ravioli, hazelnut and sage, mille-feuille of tomato confit, artichoke and eggplant caviar, arborio risotto with mountain tomme. Good service.
