This restaurant could be summed up as a celebration of local flavors. Regional ingredients take center stage in its delicious, gourmet traditional cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients sourced as locally as possible. On weekdays at lunchtime, the three-course menu (appetizer, main course, dessert) is available for €18.90 (appetizer and main course, or main course and dessert, for €16.90). There are also à la carte options. In the evenings and on weekends, diners can enjoy the à la carte menu. You can also treat yourself to the regional set menu for €25 (featuring a starter, main course, and dessert) and indulge in a variety of specialties: rillettes from Tours or Chinon, andouillette from Vouvray, rillons, or the famous goat cheese from Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine. It’s also one of the stars of the Tours burger scene, featuring Charolais beef and rillons. A real treat! Among the desserts—all 100% homemade—don’t miss the winemaker’s apple tart. All these flavors are naturally paired with wines (Chinon, Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil…) selected by the village wine merchant or sourced from small local producers. On Friday evenings, enjoy after-work gatherings featuring themed nights (concerts, karaoke, etc.) while sipping delicious cocktails; you can also share a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
