Gourmet Restaurant For those from Romilly, Pont Saint-Pierre, but also Ymare and Pitres, it's an obvious choice to join this village café, which in just a few months has become the indispensable auberge we love. Simplicity and sincerity are the watchwords of an unambiguous service, where the essential is evident in Claire's welcome and Alexis's plate. The menus are well graded, with an attractive market menu, and the €33.50 formula is also a very good idea, with the beef tartare with guacamole and Breton curry, the peach return with pea and chorizo mousseline, and the Cluizel chocolate cake with apricot sorbet.
