Original Restaurant A brasserie that blends the latest fashions without failing too much, the brainchild of a renowned caterer (Erisay), serving good-quality food: in-house production for spreads to share as an aperitif (terrines, rillettes...), and plates that give pleasure today in a vast choice, served with diligence and kindness: squid with saffron rice chorizo, red mullet pissaladière, rib-eye steak with tartar sauce, floating pile, violet panna cotta and fresh fruit... The chef's formula at €32 is the right idea for a complete sequence.
